Priority One Service Response : During regular business hours we will respond to your service requests within 24 hours of notification. We will replace defective parts, fix the problem, and get you up and working again before you know it. Should the problem be Telus related we would take the steps necessary to have it rectified. If you have an "Emergency Service" issue we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Preferred Customer Pricing : Of course, all service issues are covered under the "Less Stress" program. In addition, however, all non-service related labour charges such as adding more lines, moving phones, or changing your system's program will be billed at our Preferred Customer Discount of 10% off our regular hourly labour rates.
Free Annual Check-up : Our technical staff will come by once a year to give your system a clean bill of health and if we find a problem we will fix it. Remember, an ounce of prevention.
Free change out of System memory and operational back-up batteries : Batteries will be changed out free of charge at manufacture recommended intervals.
Free System Program Back-up : Everything from Speed Dial numbers, to ringing assignments, to what the buttons on your phone do is stored in the memory of your phone system. Should this information be lost due to component failure your system will not work properly, and it could take a technician hours to reprogram. When you take advantage of our Less Stress program we will back-up your entire system program to our central server. If you ever do have a problem the entire system program can be reloaded in seconds.
Free Annual Refresher Course : Employee turnover can be a real problem when it comes to using office technology. Are your newer employees using the tools you have provided as efficiently as they could be? If not, they are costing you money. We will send one of our expert Customer Assistant Representatives to your office to give you and your staff a comprehensive one hour refresher training course on the operation of your phone system, for free.
