The conversion from our outdated Nortel system to our new NEC system was amazingly smooth. With several departments, each having different communication requirements, and many direct lines our complicated needs were easily handled. Our downtime from system failure has been nil and we particularly like the ability to manage our own basic programming, minimizing service calls. We are delighted with the work Okanagan Telephone Co. Ltd. has completed for the Kamloops Child Development Society. Our experience with Okanagan Telephone Co. Ltd was better than we could have imagined.
